We understand that sometimes a plant may not thrive as expected, or you might wish to make a change to your order. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as accommodating as the gardens we help you create.

Gardening Note: We want your Bloom Haven experience to be as rewarding as watching your first camellia bloom. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the plants. This gives you adequate time to inspect your plants and ensure they meet your gardening expectations.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your plants must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Properly packaged to ensure safe return transit
  • Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

While we stand behind the quality of all our plants, certain items cannot be returned due to their perishable nature or special growing requirements:

  • Rare plant varieties – These unique specimens require specific care and cannot be resold once shipped
  • Plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
  • Seasonal items with limited availability

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Care Team

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Bloom Haven Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my order #[Your Order Number] placed on [Order Date]. Reason for return/exchange: [Please briefly explain why you’re requesting the return or exchange] Items to return/exchange: – [Plant Name 1] – [Plant Name 2] – [etc.] I understand that I am responsible for safely packaging the plants for return shipment. Thank you, [Your Full Name] [Your Phone Number]

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your plants.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your plants securely using the original packaging if possible. Include your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Information

If you’re exchanging plants:

  • We’ll ship your new plants once we receive your return
  • Any price differences will be refunded or charged to your original payment method
  • Exchanges are subject to plant availability

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plants arrive damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for replacement plants to be shipped at no additional cost to you.
