Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Bloom Haven, we understand that gardening is both an art and a science. Sometimes a plant may not thrive as expected, or you might wish to make adjustments to your garden design. Our returns policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the plants. This gives you adequate time to inspect your plants and ensure they meet your gardening expectations.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your plants must be:
- In their original condition
- Properly packaged to ensure safe return transit
- Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt
- Rare plant varieties (including those marked “Rare” in our menu)
- Plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
- Seasonal items with limited availability

Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your plants.
Package your plants securely using the original packaging if possible. Include your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution
Exchange Information
If you’re exchanging plants:
- We’ll ship your new plants once we receive your return
- Any price differences will be refunded or charged to your original payment method
- Exchanges are subject to plant availability
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plants arrive damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for replacement plants to be shipped at no additional cost to you.
