Plant Descriptions

We take great care in describing our plants accurately. However, please note that:

• Plant appearance may vary slightly due to seasonal changes and natural growth patterns
• Actual plant size may differ from images as plants are living organisms
• We reserve the right to modify product offerings without prior notice

Special Categories

Some of our plants have specific characteristics:

• Rare Varieties: These plants have limited availability and may not be restocked
• Cold Hardy Plants: Selected for resilience in cooler climates
• Dwarf Varieties: Bred for compact growth suitable for smaller spaces
• Functional Plants: Selected for specific uses like hedging or espalier

3. Orders and Payment

Order Process

When you place an order with Bloom Haven:

• You will receive an order confirmation email
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in US dollars. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipping

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to most regions except Asia and remote locations. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Issues

If your plants arrive damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for replacement plants to be shipped at no additional cost to you.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the plants. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Plants must be in their original condition
• Plants must be properly packaged to ensure safe return transit
• You must include your original order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their unique nature and specific care requirements, the following cannot be returned:

• Rare plant varieties (including those marked “Rare” in our menu)
• Plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
• Seasonal items with limited availability

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for authorization and return instructions
3. Ship your return with the provided Return Authorization Number
4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return

Refunds and Exchanges

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
